• Sub-Metered Utilities (electric and water are paid directly to the office)

• Allow storage sheds (as space permits)

• Many spaces with concrete patios

• Coke Machine

• Basketball goal for the kids

• Allow dogs under 30lbs.

  • No aggressive breeds such as  Pitbulls, Rotteweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds or Chows.

  • We allow cats also, but outside cats must be spade/neutered.
